I have a very big problem. I have a mini daschsund, and she will NOT quit peeing in the house. She is 7 months old, and i have tried everything I can do train her. I used the crate method when she was a pup. I would take her out only when I could watch her for play time. (that was rewarded if she only peed and popped outside) then she would go back in for about an hour and I would do it all over again Worked pretty well. Recently I take her out in the mornings first thing when I let her out of her cage, and she pees but wont poop until we get in the house. I will even stay out there for 10 mintues and I will set her in the grass over and over. I know when she has pooped in the house because she wants in her time out cage when she does it. Thats how I know. What do I do now? I don’t get mad at her when she has accidents due to me forgetting to take her out, but I immediately take her out when she does and set her in the grass and tell her this is where she pottys. I’m so close to getting rid of her because i already had to pull up the carpet in my entire house! I can’t take it anymore. So any advice?
